Work mat: the smooth surface is 100% non-stick and is therefore ideal for kneading, mixing, preparing and rolling out pastry, pasta, meat products, marzipan, chocolate, etc. The silicon back is flexible and anti-slip and ensures that the work mat stays put on the worktop.
Baking sheet: the work mat can be put directly on to the oven plate, making it the perfect baking sheet. If necessary, it can easily be cut to size with a pair of scissors. Baking paper, butter or fat are superfluous. The mat also sits neatly on the baking sheet, even in a fan-forced oven.
